Sometimes we go camping

I like camping. Paul loves camping. We've decided to go camping as much as we can this summer. 

We camped in Hope, Alaska which is at the top of the Kenai peninsula in April just the two of us.  It was wonderful! We picked a campsite where we could hear the waves crash on the beach. So serene and lovely. 

I Love Paul with all of my heart. I think I could sleep in a tent anywhere with him and feel safe. It even rained a bit but we enjoyed exploring and hiking. 

One of the coolest things was seeing the tide out and walking along the beach and then seeing the tide come back in and having everywhere where we had walked be covered in water completely. It was amazing. 

Alaska is one of the most wonderful places I have ever visited and seen. The mountains are huge. And the ocean is beautiful. And the lakes are gorgeous. And there are trees everywhere. And there is wildlife everywhere. I sometimes think when the Lord created Alaska he took special care to make it extra beautiful.
