
I love/hate yoga!!
I feel stronger yet still struggle with poses.
Sometimes I feel amazing and have great classes.
Sometimes I feel like I can't breathe and get so frustrated with myself.
Sometimes I want to just lay in savasana and rest.
Sometimes my arms shake.
Sometimes child's pose saves me.
So many things to remember...
Keep side body long!
Keep inner body bright!
Shine the pose out!
Stay rooted!
I get to remember to breathe.
To remember Inner and Outer Spiral.
To remember Muscular and Organic Energy.
and to be open to grace.
really? all of that?
Maybe that's why it's called, a PRACTICE.
